Terms & Conditions (T&C)

Welcome to the Indian Sneaker Festival (ISF). By accessing our website, purchasing tickets, or attending the event, you agree to the following Terms & Conditions.
1. General Terms
ISF reserves the right to change, update, or modify these terms at any time without prior notice.
By participating in ISF events, you consent to comply with all rules and regulations outlined herein.
2. Ticketing & Entry
All tickets must be purchased exclusively through our authorized partner BookMyShow.
Tickets are non-refundable and non-transferable.
Entry will only be permitted with a valid RFID wristband and a government-issued photo ID.
ISF reserves the right to deny entry to patrons found with counterfeit or invalid tickets.
3. Wristband Policy
Wristbands must be worn securely before entering the venue.
Damaged, lost, or tampered wristbands will not be replaced.
Wristbands are strictly non-transferable and non-exchangeable.
4. Prohibited Activities
The following are strictly prohibited at ISF:
Illegal substances, weapons, sharp objects, and hazardous materials.
Outside food and beverages (unless approved for medical or dietary reasons).
Professional cameras, recording devices, or drones without prior authorization.
Any form of harassment, violence, or disruptive behavior.
Failure to comply may result in removal from the venue without a refund.
5. Health, Safety & Security
Security checks, including bag checks and frisking, are mandatory at entry points.
Medical teams and emergency services will be available at all times during the event.
ISF is not liable for personal injury, loss, or damage to personal belongings.
6. Photography & Media
By attending ISF, you grant the organizers the right to capture and use your photos, videos, or likeness for promotional, marketing, or archival purposes without further consent or compensation.
7. Event Changes & Cancellations
ISF reserves the right to modify the schedule, lineup, or venue due to unforeseen circumstances.
In case of cancellation or rescheduling, refunds will be processed as per the event policy.
Convenience and delivery fees are non-refundable.
8. Accessibility
ISF is committed to being accessible to all. For assistance or special arrangements, email access@indiansneakerfestival.com at least 7 days prior to the event.
9. Limitation of Liability
ISF is not responsible for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, including but not limited to injury, loss, or theft incurred during the festival.
10. Governing Law
These Terms & Conditions are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in Gurugram, Haryana.
